Information for High School Educators Counselors
We ask high schools to send an official copy of their student's academic transcript directly to the University of St. Thomas. It is preferred that transcripts are sent electronically. Counselors may also email a transcript to admissions@stthomas.edu or mail transcripts to:

About the Ideal DFC Candidate
Dougherty Family College (DFC) scholars:
- Are interested in getting a four-year (bachelor’s) degree after DFC
- Have a high school GPA of 2.5 or above
- Demonstrate a high level of financial need

Group Visits
DFC Group Visits are a great way to introduce a group of high school juniors and/or seniors to the Dougherty Family College and the resources available to them. Group Visits are hosted on our Minneapolis campus on select days during the academic year. Your visit will include a live 30-minute admissions presentation followed by Q&A and a brief tour. Group Visits are subject to availability, and we cannot accommodate visits during university breaks or holidays.
