You have so many ways to be involved when you become a student at Dougherty Family College. Not only can you take advantage of special programs, events and offerings as part of the DFC community, but you also have access to an amazing variety of options available from the broader St. Thomas community as well.
At DFC, You Are a Tommie
You become a Tommie the first day you start class at the Dougherty Family College.
In addition to DFC's Minneapolis campus location, you will have access to the St. Paul campus at St. Thomas as well, including the student center, athletics center, libraries, Center for Well-Being and much more. When you need a break from studying, join clubs, attend on- and off-campus events, or work at an on-campus job. Be a part of it all with free shuttles between the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses.

Varsity Sports Policy
Due to NCAA regulations, Dougherty Family College students may not participate in varsity sports. However, you can join clubs and organizations, participate in intramural sports, attend on-campus events and take advantage of other opportunities available to all St. Thomas students!
