The Professional Internship Program
Our goal is to help you dream bigger. We've made career development a priority to allow you to explore career paths before you have even declared a major. In our Professional Internship Program, you'll have the opportunity to develop real-world, professional experience in paid internships at leading organizations throughout the Twin Cities. You'll be able to use your education while building a career that makes a difference.
We'll support you every step of the way as you build your confidence, your resume and a network of professional contacts.

Our Professional Internship Program is mapped out for you, so you’ll know what to expect each step of the way.
Match With an Organization
Students are matched with organizations based on their skills and interests along with the requirements and location of the internship.
Work Hard and Get Paid!
During the school year, students typically work one day per week, with more time during J-term and summer. Interns are paid a minimum of $15 per hour.
Get Support When You Need It
Students and their supervisors receive ongoing coaching and support.

DeAmonte started his DFC internship with US Bank in 2018. He now works as a full-time staff auditor at US Bank, after he completed his bachelor's degree in business.
