Padra Xiong

As a first-generation, low-income student, I have always had a passion for working with underserved youth and college access. My background in college access stems from serving as a Coach for two years with College Possible, working with TRIO Upward Bound, and most recently, Genesys Works. I am passionate about making sure students have equal opportunities, utilize resources available to them, and helping them become their most authentic selves. 

I decided to join DFC because I have heard so many good things about this community! Financial literacy/financial aid is also so important to understand as well. I look forward to meeting and growing with you all. I’m excited to join the DFC family as a Financial Aid Advisor.
